Terms of Business

These terms outline how ABS Talent works with clients in respect of recruitment services. Formal client terms are provided separately before any recruitment assignment begins, and those signed terms take precedence over the summary on this page. Use of this website does not, on its own, create a binding recruitment contract.

No placement, no fee

Where applicable, ABS Talent operates on a no placement, no fee basis. Fees are only payable on successful placement of a candidate, in accordance with the written terms agreed with the client.

Confidentiality

We treat all client briefs and candidate information in confidence and only share information with the parties who need it to progress a recruitment process.

Candidate ownership

Candidates introduced by ABS Talent remain associated with that introduction for the period set out in the agreed terms. Re-engagement of an introduced candidate within that period is subject to fee, as detailed in the signed terms.

Replacement and rebate

Replacement or rebate arrangements are only available where set out in writing in the signed terms between ABS Talent and the client.

Governing law

Our recruitment services and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
